Sea Ray and Bayliner Boat Center
Sea Ray of Knoxville is the premier dealer in the Knoxville area. In addition to Sea Ray, we have recently added Bayliner boats. When looking for the right boat, you also need to consider the dealership you are buying from.
Here are a few things to look for:
Certification by a manufacturer. Not all dealers who sell that brand have put in the effort to improve their service and operations to become certified.
The showroom and parking lot are clean and neat. This is an indication about how you and your boat will be treated at this dealer.
Friendly, can do attitude of the people in the dealership. The attitude of the employees is generally a reflection of the owners and managers.
They have a website and have plenty of information on it. This shows you that the dealer cares about providing great service to their customers.
Ask the dealer about their service department. How professional is it? This will be important if you have some type of issue with your boat and you need to bring it in to be fixed. Do you want it fixed right the first time?
There may be many more items to look for that are important to you. Make sure you do your homework and choose the dealer who will best take care of you so you can have years of stress free boating.
